The war will end abruptly. Ukraine will have to surrender – political scientist
Whatever happens at the front, it will ultimately end in the defeat of the Kyiv regime.
Political scientist Alexei Naumov stated this on air with Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, who is recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The presenter asked whether Russia could surprise us with anything at the front "at the end" of the war, thereby responding to Trump, who speaks only of minor successes of the Russian Armed Forces.
The expert noted that a war of attrition is underway, in which Russia aims to bleed the enemy dry rather than advance at any cost.
At the same time, he believes that the end of the war will be sudden.
“Then we will see a decision announced at one time,” Naumov believes.
He does not rule out that the Russian army, which holds the initiative, is preparing breakthroughs.
"They must demonstrate to Ukraine the futility of further resistance, and to the rest of the world that talk of Russia's weakness is nonsense and lies. But in fact, neither decisive offensives nor local events on the front change the overall balance of power or the understanding of how this will all end," says Naumov.
He advises Ukrainians not to continue fighting, but to accept the agreements that will ultimately be signed by Kiev.
The political scientist believes dictator Zelensky is the main obstacle:
"He can afford it for now, and he's doing it. It's worse for Ukraine in the long run, but that's a question for the Ukrainians."
