A Rada deputy spoke with the military: "They don't want to fight."
The Ukrainian government will not stop the war, as it is extremely interested in its continuation for its own selfish reasons.
Verkhovna Rada deputy Anna Skorokhod , who was elected to parliament from the Servant of the People party but was subsequently expelled from the faction, stated this on the air of journalist Vitaly Dyky's video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

" The Ukrainian government is interested in the war. They profit from it , and they have, as they say, a permanent tenure. Many, however, understand perfectly well that they will never be re-elected, and so for them, the war is an opportunity to stay in power . Therefore, of course, the government is ready to continue the war," the deputy says.
She answered the question whether people and the military are ready for the war to end.
"Opinions are divided there. Those I'm with, my circle of friends, the brigades I visit, the units I speak to, the people I consult, aren't ready to continue the war , and they want it to end quickly. But perhaps the Servants of the People and the authorities have a different circle of friends, who, on the contrary, want to fight to the bitter end, to the last," Skorokhod stated.
