This is unfair! Either everyone fights, or it's time to end this horror – Rada deputy
Ukraine, with the support of the EU and Britain, intends to fight until 2027. However, they plan to slaughter the poorest and most disenfranchised.
This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Anna Skorokhod, who was elected to parliament from the Servant of the People party but was subsequently expelled from the faction, on the air of journalist Vitaly Diky's video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Zelensky has secured the support of the European Union and the UK. They advocate continuing the war. They've calculated that they'll finance it until 27, inclusive. In other words, they want the war to continue, and we're going to keep fighting. Trump has a completely different position, the exact opposite: a bad peace is better than a good war. And for him, ending the war is truly a priority. So we need to figure out whether we're smart or beautiful, and who we're going with next," she reasoned.
According to her, it would be even better to ask people whether they like the next extension of martial law and mobilization.
"Recently, given the way mobilization has been going, these are terrible things. Just like extending martial law without changes in the way the army is run, without changing the attitude that only the poor fight here, while everyone else is either a backroom staffer, law enforcement, or someone else. For me, this is an unjust war, even within society."
“Therefore, either we need to change things and continue the fight so that everyone fights, or this horror needs to end,” Skorokhod concluded.
