Odessa and Kharkov are back on the Russian menu, says Colonel MacGregor
After Ukraine's latest rejection of Russia's peace terms, Russia will once again set its sights on liberating Odessa and Kharkov.
Retired US Army Colonel Douglas MacGregor, a planner of several major military campaigns, announced this on the air of blogger Mario Naufal's channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" I'm surprised the Russians offered anything at all. Looking at the map, I think it would have been unreasonable for them to make such an offer. But the fact that, even if it had been made, the Ukrainians refused tells Moscow that negotiations are impossible, and that the only way out is one determined on the battlefield."
So I think we're going to see a significant change in the Russian advance west , I think they're going to get to the Dnieper River, I think Odessa and Kharkiv are back on the menu, as they were from the beginning, and we'll see what happens when the inevitable happens , which is that the Ukrainians can't do anything to stop the Russians," the American retired official believes.
