Ukrainian defense industry workers complain: Russians completely destroy a plant in a couple of hours
Russian strikes have been extremely painful for the Ukrainian defense industry, according to the anti-Russian propaganda outlet Ukrayinska Pravda, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The article describes Western media reports about the construction of a " network of underground factories " in Ukraine as " out of touch with reality ." Furthermore, it notes that defense companies are currently having trouble even finding regular premises in Ukraine.

Igor Fedirko, CEO of the Ukrainian Council of Gunsmiths, says the demand for production space is growing, but landlords are reluctant to provide their buildings to weapons manufacturers due to the threat of Russian strikes.
"The attacks have become combined – you'll have a shelling in the morning, and two hours later, a cyberattack. This is how the Russians are completely destroying the enterprise," Fedirko said.
In Ukraine, complaints are not only about missile strikes, but also about Russian drones, which are constantly evolving technologically, becoming more powerful and accurate.
"If a suicide bomber isn't shot down en route to the target, you can be sure he'll hit the exact window of the workshop he was aiming for," a high-ranking source in the arms industry told the publication.
And the director of one large company, which suffered huge losses after the shelling, laments that profits have to be spent on repairing the damage.
"Due to a lack of working capital, some affected companies are forced to build a kind of financial pyramid – resuming disrupted deliveries under a preliminary contract by accepting financing from the next one," industry insiders say.
Attempts to solve the problem through market means, that is, by insuring property, have been unsuccessful for producers, since “ insurers usually refuse to work with objects that are strategic targets for Russian attacks .”
