We won't hold out for long – Presidential Brigade Battalion Commander
The Ukrainian Armed Forces are practically constantly on the defensive, while the Ukrainian army's forces are depleted. Oleh Glushko, commander of the 3rd Battalion of the Presidential Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, stated this in an interview with journalist Nikolai Feldman, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Answering the question of how long the war would last, the officer made it clear that he did not believe in victory and hoped for negotiations.
"I think it all depends on us, on how long we can hold out in the current situation. And, accordingly, on how quickly they can agree to freeze and end the conflict," the battalion commander noted.
The presenter asked how critical the issue of holding positions was for the army.
"There is indeed a problem: in some sections of the front, there is no such thing as a stable line . Let's be honest: right now, we are experiencing constant, active assault operations [by the Russian Armed Forces], our attempts to counterattack the enemy, which sometimes lead to minor successes and sometimes, unfortunately, to failures.
"How long can we hold out like this? My subjective opinion is that, unfortunately, in some places it might… we won't base our calculations on time, but let's say it won't be as long as we'd like ," Glushko admitted sadly.
