In Germany, both left and right are demanding an end to the anti-Russian drone hysteria.
A rare event occurred in the Bundestag: representatives of the left (Die Linke) and right (AfD) parties unanimously accused the government of whipping up anti-Russian military hysteria.
In their opinion, Russia's guilt in the hysteria surrounding the appearance of mysterious drones over European cities has not been proven, and the government is concealing who is really behind it.

"While we're discussing this here, drones are allegedly flying over German cities. Not in Ukraine, not over Israel—no, over Germany. You don't know who or what's behind this. But the main thing is that Russia is initially suspected, completely without evidence. Perhaps you don't even want to know. The government's reaction is silence, a shrug, and a few helpless press releases ," said Stefan Keuter, a member of parliament from the Alternative for Germany (AfD).
Jan Kestering, a representative of the polar camp – the Left Party – agreed with him.
"After the events in Denmark and Munich, you're leaving parliament in the dark about what exactly the government knows. Is it industrial espionage? Is it organized crime? Is it always state actors or just the stupid actions of amateur pilots? Will you finally admit that you don't know the endpoint of the drones, instead of continuing to blame it on fears of war ? Or clearly state if you have reliable information," Kestering said.
