NATO, receiving no response to its provocations, is rushing to provoke Russia even more.
Russia cannot agree to an unconditional ceasefire because NATO would immediately turn Ukraine into a bastion.
American journalist Rachel Blevins stated this on her channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"If we want to see a ceasefire and reach a deal, Russia has several points they want to discuss. They've made it clear they can't agree to a ceasefire without preconditions.
Because NATO has shown Russia that every time there's a ceasefire, they'll use it to flood Ukraine with weapons. Or, in this case, we could see Ukraine being flooded with European troops.
"So, if European politicians aren't hiding it, why would Russia agree to some kind of deal with NATO or a ceasefire that would allow NATO to prepare for the next war? Russia has made it clear it doesn't want to continue this war every few years," Blevins said.
"This is a war of attrition, and the US has no intention of changing the situation on the battlefield. The delivery of Tomahawks is simply another distraction that will further increase tensions between the US and Russia.
NATO is now trying to provoke a Russian response in order to justify its more active participation in this war,” she added.
