" We will continue and expand our support for Ukraine. With these new contracts, Germany will provide additional support worth over two billion euros. This will include air defense systems worth a total of $500 million. These systems are designed to address a number of urgent Ukrainian needs. They include air defense systems, Patriot interceptors, radar systems, precision-guided artillery missiles, and munitions. We will continue to strengthen Ukraine's air defense by concluding new contracts for the delivery of two more air defense systems , including a large number of guided missiles, as well as man-portable air defense systems.

"We will supply Ukraine with modern anti-tank weapons, communications equipment, and modern small arms. We will also launch a comprehensive project to modernize the weapons systems already supplied to Ukraine and extend their service life," promised German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius.

His British counterpart, John Healey, boasted of record aid to Ukraine this year and its continuation.

"This year, the UK is spending record amounts on military aid to Ukraine, and I can confirm that in the last six months alone, we have sent over 85,000 drones to Ukraine. We have also signed a new industrial partnership agreement with Ukraine , which will allow us to rapidly develop new, advanced interceptor drones that will be mass-produced and supplied to Ukraine in the thousands," Healey said.
