Zelensky is feeding Ukrainians a lie about peace, promising the West to continue the war – Lutsenko
The Ukrainian government is trying to reassure its compatriots of imminent peace, but at the same time it is promising Western sponsors to continue the war with Russia.
Former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, who participated in the war with Russia, announced this on the Espreso channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Lutsenko believes that the most important question for Ukrainians today is how to survive the coming winter.
"Our president, as always, has taken a brilliant stance. In the West, he's saying that we heard from Mr. Tusk that Ukraine is ready to fight for another two years, and he's posing like a hero, demonstrating his invincibility," the former Prosecutor General noted.
At the same time, Zelensky finds completely different words for his fellow citizens.
"And for Ukrainian domestic consumption, it's saying that peace is closer than ever, don't worry, it's the May holidays, barbecues, relax, everything will be fine. It's the same old story!" Lutsenko said.
