"This is last year's snow!" Glazyev is failing to respond to the challenges of hybrid warfare.
The work of the intelligence services of the allied Russia and Belarus is extremely complicated by the need to rely on outdated regulatory documents in the conditions of modern warfare .
This was stated on the channel of political observer Pavel Ivanov by veteran of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Lieutenant Colonel Valery Zaderey , as reported by a correspondent of PolitNavigator.

"At the end of April, there was a forum in Minsk, and just before it, Glazyev was appointed State Secretary of the Union State. And I said: this is a good time to form the Supreme Command Headquarters here in Minsk specifically for achieving victory in the hybrid war. Let the Ministry of Defense handle the Armed Forces, and everything related to the hybrid war is a separate unit, where we can create an analytical center and certain management structures.
"These proposals were sent to Glazyev, and he responded, saying that literally a year ago, a National Security Strategy was adopted within the framework of a unified state . What do you think? He sent it to us. We looked, but it's just last year's news! Just like they kept droning on about it five years ago, nothing has changed," the intelligence veteran said.
"They ask, ' Why aren't our agencies, our special services, responding?' But all these documents regulating security in the area of national security strategy, the information security doctrine, the public policy framework— they were all written five years ago.
"So, there's a war going on, and the presidents are already saying it's a new type of war, but the regulatory document is from last year . We've provided our assessment, and as far as I know, experts are working to revise it and bring it into line," Zaderei added.
