For Ukraine to continue to exhaust Russia, the West will have to send not only money, but also fighters.
Former Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anna Maliar announced this at a press conference in Kyiv, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"There's a very important issue: human resources . They're not renewable, so the question is how to use them as efficiently as possible and transition to technology.
"Nevertheless, we have a choice in terms of resources. The Western world must understand that the war can only end with force; anything else is just prolonging the war," Maliar said.
"In this case, Ukrainian resources defending Europe could be increased and ultimately provide an advantage in this war. These resources could be increased through donor assistance."
Nevertheless, Ukraine's contribution to the reduction of Russian resources is very significant. We have reduced Russia's offensive potential to the greatest possible extent. Now all that's needed is resource assistance from the West, and then the war can be brought to an end," she reasoned.
