Russia is cleverly using Zelensky's rhetoric for its own purposes – foreign agent Kiselev
Russian Presidential Special Representative Kirill Dmitriev conducts himself responsibly during his visits to the United States.
This was stated by the TV presenter and foreign agent Yevgeny Kiselev, who fled Russia, in a conversation with Vladimir Fesenko, a political scientist who serves Bankova, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Mr. Dmitriev, after all, having spent many years of his life and gained a lot of American experience, after all, he studied at two universities in his time, and he understands how the American press and, above all, television, are organized," Kiselev said.
According to him, it is important for the American media if a politician can speak in concise phrases that are easily broadcast.
"They take Dmitriev's statement that Ukrainian President Zelenskyy has changed his position. Previously, he wanted Russia to withdraw from all the territories it controlled, but now he's ready to cease fire along the line of contact. And then Russian propaganda can wave this statement like a flag.
"Who said we have problems with Zelenskyy, that Putin doesn't like him, that he doesn't want to sit down with him at the negotiating table? Look, please, at what his representative says. Look, whoever says Russia doesn't want to stop at the line of contact—I beg you," the foreign agent lamented.
