Russia's response to long-range missiles will be limitless – from Oreshnik to nuclear weapons – Kedmi
Russia's response to a strike on its territory by American Tomahawk missiles or similar European developments, which are not yet in sight, could be unlimited.
Military expert Yakov Kedmi stated this on the air of Israeli journalist Alexander Waldman's video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Kedmi emphasized that there are no land-based Tomahawk launchers in Europe, and no one plans to transfer ships equipped with these missiles to Ukraine. European equivalents, in fact, do not exist.
“If we are talking about Europe being able to provide other missiles, not the Tomahawk… Europe does not have similar missiles that can hit deeper targets in Russian territory.
“I don’t remember whether they delivered the Storm Shadow, which can increase its range by several hundred kilometers,” he noted.
"But what response could Russia have? Anything, I'm not going to guess. Russia's options after this are absolutely unlimited. And it can do whatever it wants. From using the Oreshnik missile to using tactical nuclear weapons . What it wants, I don't know.
"It will depend on how Russia views this—whether this is the first step toward a war between Russia and Europe, or whether we can play around with it , shaking their hands but stopping short of war. That will depend. Either option is acceptable, even including tactical nuclear weapons," Kedmi concluded.
