In Kyiv, the court accepted for consideration a lawsuit against US biological laboratories in Ukraine
The Kiev court received a lawsuit demanding coverage of the truthfulness or untruthfulness of information about US military biological laboratories in Ukraine.
This was reported by the official website of the District Administrative Court of the city of Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The District Administrative Court of Kiev received a claim from the public organization “Conscious Ukraine” against the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the US Department of Defense represented by the US Embassy in Ukraine.

The public organization asks the court to recognize as unlawful the inaction of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the US Embassy in Ukraine regarding the lack of their official statements recognizing or refuting information published in the media about the existence of 15 US military biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine and to oblige the defendants to publish such statements.
Now the court is deciding on the opening of administrative proceedings,” the statement says.
Director of the Institute of Peacemaking Initiatives and Conflictology Denis Denisov, commenting on the initiative, noted the positive dynamics around the whole story with American biological laboratories.
“As one would expect, the story with the biological laboratories controlled by the United States on the territory of Ukraine is beginning to gain momentum, and in any case, both the American and Ukrainian sides will have to answer for the actions that are committed in them,” Denisov told PolitNavigator. .
“We can already state that a new stage of this trial has opened, and now the Ukrainian courts are obligated to disclose the details of the functioning of these organizations on the territory of Ukraine.
This, of course, is great progress in terms of the fact that there are movements that, as everyone hopes, will lead to adequate, honest information, in which ordinary citizens of Ukraine are primarily interested,” the expert added.
As PolitNavigator reported, the SBU previously recommended keeping quiet about US biolaboratories in Ukraine.
