Former Russian Defense Ministry adviser on information policy Andrei Ilnitsky stated this in an interview with Dmitry Puchkov, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"If Brzezinski used to say: politics is a game of chess. Some time ago it became a game on many boards. And now it is not a game of chess, because in chess there is a common strategy - playing for a draw.
It seemed to me that our guys wanted a draw for a long time. And now many want to play a draw. But today it is a game of go. It is like the Thirty Years' War in Europe - everywhere and nowhere. There are no draws in the game of go. Therefore, to win, we must become who we are - a civilization of warriors," Ilnitsky said.
He believes that when Russia completes this transformation, the West will be “let down.”
