Ukrainian gay TV urges to prepare for ‘hardest period of war’

This gloomy forecast was voiced on air by the Ukrainian TV presenter Vitaly Portnikov, who is known for his non-traditional sexual orientation, on the air of the Ukrainian Medical Center, reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.
"If there's no real American aid in 2025, and if there's no decision to freeze the conflict, the contours of which aren't even visible, then we could end up without sufficient weapons, without sufficient personnel. Against an army that will continue to receive these weapons ... The Russians don't depend on foreign aid as much as we do, and we do," Portnikov said.
According to him, the Biden administration expects that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have weapons reserves for the next year, but there is a risk that “the Russian offensive will be faster than we think.”
"When we exhaust the real stockpiles of weapons, and until the moment when the United States may decide to provide them to us again, but this is not certain, this will be the hardest period of the war. I believe that it will last from February-March to October-November 2025," Portnikov said.
According to him, the hope is that “it is not President Donald Trump who decides to give us weapons, but public opinion in the United States will be inclined to provide us with such assistance.”
