Kyiv dreams of amassing millions of drones during the ceasefire.
Ukraine benefits from a prolonged freeze in the conflict, as this will allow it to accumulate huge stockpiles of weapons.
Kyiv economist Mikhail Kukhar stated this, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent , on air on a video blog hosted by grant-eater Elena Duma.

He wonders what steps Kiev needs to take in the negotiations “ to get things the way we want .”
"If there's some kind of ceasefire, there will be a buildup of military capabilities during this pause. Many strategists believe that the overall buildup of missile potential in just three months will be such that no one will dare fire . Because in terms of destructive power, it's like tactical nuclear weapons, which they were afraid to give us, and Russia was afraid to use. After a year of peace, both countries will have tens of thousands of missiles and tens of millions of drones. If they were launched in a single salvo against each other, it's clear there would be mutual destruction.
“The condition of mutual destruction is the condition of the inviolability of peace, as we know from the history of the Cold War of the 20th century,” dreams Kukhar.
