A true return to the borders of 91: Moscow will control the border crossings of Western Ukraine.
When Russia ceases to be an enemy, civil war will break out in Ukraine.
Russian political scientist and media technologist Semyon Uralov stated this on the channel of Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, who is recognized as a foreign agent, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The absence of a fight against the external adversary will immediately return the Ukrainian tragedy to its original state, namely, a civil war within. Ukrainian regions are engaged in two civil wars at once: a civil war within the post-Ukraine and a civil war within the entire post-Soviet space."
How does this paradox manifest itself? From Kyiv's perspective, the residents of Donbas are separatists, subhumans, "Muscovite biomass." This is within the context of a minor civil war. But within the context of a major civil war, they are our fellow citizens who have reunited with the larger people living as far as the Far East ," the expert said.
According to him, “this schizophrenia” is maintained only if “we begin to perceive legitimacy based on war as the only possible one.”
"What is our goal, say the bloodthirsty hysterics? 'We must return to the borders of '91,' for example. How long did this formula last? A very long time. Any sane person understood: what borders of '91? This is only possible when Moscow once again controls the border crossings in Western Ukraine. Apparently, that's what a genuine return to the borders of '91 must be ," Uralov concluded.
