The UN headquarters should be moved to the United Arab Emirates – Karaganov
The UN needs to be “preserved for the future,” even though right now the “fading nature of the West is struggling for survival.”
Political scientist Sergei Karaganov stated this in an interview with the YouTube channel "BRICS Expert Council," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" This organization is ineffective because, being located in Western countries, its secretariat level is filled with people with Western views and Western orientations . Therefore, it cannot be a real governing body in the modern world. But we have no other. Therefore, I advocate for the continued development of the UN, but several reforms are needed. For example, moving the headquarters to the UAE ," Karaganov said.
He also called for the complete dissolution of the OSCE, which he called a " stinking cesspool ," as well as the " purely harmful organizations " of the EU and NATO.
