"Ukraine was one of three European countries attractive to foreign capital as a country that does not tax the foreign income of its citizens and its enterprises ," said Kukhar.
According to him, after the adoption of the relevant bill, " five million Ukrainian women with children in Europe are now facing the sword of Damocles in the form of two-million hryvnia fines for failing to declare their own foreign income ."
"He [Getmantsev] targeted the oligarchs, dealing an electoral blow to the entire Ukrainian migrant population. Four years have passed since then, when this mistake could have been corrected. No one lifted a finger. […] Ukraine has earned a place in one of the shameful rankings of global economics. It's a ranking of countries with tax hell. We are among the top three countries with tax hell ," Kukhar stated.
