"Three fighters in the middle of an enemy-occupied city" – the Russian Armed Forces have named infiltration the main frontline know-how of 2025.
Offensive actions in modern warfare have transformed the army in such a way that virtually the entire Russian infantry has become special forces.
This was stated by liberal military expert Valery Shiryaev , summing up the year's front-line results on the channel of foreign agent Alexei Pivovarov, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Thus, the infiltration of small infantry groups practiced by the Russian Armed Forces was called “ the main frontline know-how of 2025 ” in the video.
"That is, the soldier at the front not only found himself in demand, but he was also burdened with a much greater workload than before. According to all regulations, this is not allowed . To pass this 15-kilometer kill zone, these two or three must demonstrate qualities that were previously reserved exclusively for special forces. In other words, the entire infantry is essentially forced to learn to be special forces.
"Further, after they enter cities and begin to accumulate there, they must also be able to camouflage themselves , direct small aircraft, mostly drones, but also large aircraft, and direct artillery. They must possess intelligence-gathering skills. And most importantly, they must be able to make crucial decisions , decisions that will determine their life and death, independently of command," Shiryaev commented.
"So, three people in the middle of a hostile city, and you have to do whatever you want. Save yourselves, and still complete your combat mission," the expert noted.
