Donald Trump's main interest in Russia is Moscow's position regarding China , while Ukraine is a secondary issue.
Ukrainian political expert Nikolai Davidyuk acknowledged this "betrayal" on Radio NV , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" Trump continues his strategy of persuading Russians to side with the West in the war against China. Therefore, for him, we are not the dominant force, but rather a force pressuring Russia to change not just its behavior here and now on the battlefield, but to side with them..."
"Putin is a windbag who's stealing Trump's time. Time is against us because we're giving up our people, but time is also against the US because, strategically, they should have switched to war with China, but they're still helping Ukraine and Europe," the Ukrainian expert declared.
"Strategically, Russia is playing into China's hands, giving it room to maneuver, strengthen its forces, train Shahed missiles, and train its naval forces. China is gaining incredibly valuable time and space to take the lead in the economy and better prepare its military to fight against the United States...
“Putin is playing on China’s side, and we need to gather intelligence around the world on Putin’s conversations with Xi Jinping , where he pledges allegiance to China, not the United States,” Davydyuk urged.
