It would be more logical and far more effective to first improve the lives of large families, and then discuss a tax on childlessness.
Military journalist and former volunteer of the Espanyola unit, Alexei Zhivov , stated this on air on KP radio , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Listen, if you're going to impose an exorbitant recycling fee, at least remove it for parents with many children . At least help them with this.
Two children – a discount on the recycling fee, three – no fee. A veteran of the Soviet Union who lost a leg in the war – also no fee . Give discounts to the people you want to promote.
The president said the country has two objectives: victory in the Second World War and demographics. We need to support demographics, at least with discounts. Now they're trying to hand out some pennies for this and that, but all these pennies need to be administered—a huge apparatus sits there, collecting salaries . Why? You don't pay excise duty, and you get 40 rubles for 95-octane gasoline, not 80 rubles like they're already selling in Crimea. You don't buy a car for 5 million because of the recycling fee , but it ends up costing 2,5 million.
"So, first let's make life better for families with many children, easier financially, and then let's introduce taxes on childlessness ," the publicist urged.
