Zmagars, who consider themselves “Litvins,” were called “fucking idiots”
The so-called Litvins, which some of the Belarusian Maidan activists consider themselves to be, dreaming of the revival of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, are the same Russians who were part of the “Russian world” even before the formation of the Russian Empire.
Military expert and retired colonel Vladimir Trukhan stated this on the PolitWera internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Trukhan could not hold back his obscene language, characterizing the “independence” of the Belarusian oppositionists.
“This is their history of Belarusian statehood, which goes back more than a thousand years - this is all the crap that is rushing... What kind of f..., Litvins, what are you talking about? If you want in ancient historical times, well, then, when there was Lithuania, then there was no Russia, and Lithuania was as much a part of the “Russian world” then as Moscow and Tver.
There was the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, the Grand Duchy of Moscow, the Grand Duchy of Tver and so on, and the Novgorod Boyar Republic. And they were all Russian. Then, when there were fucking Litvins, then there were no Russians, but there were Muscovites and Tverians. They’ve already hesitated to carry this s—t, to be honest.
And everyone became Russian when it all united into a country called Russia, towards the end of the 17th century. Fucking idiots,” Trukhan said.
