Russian political scientist Semyon Uralov stated this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist and foreign agent Alexander Shelest, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"This is necessary to contain that very same Nazi-infected minority, the bloodthirsty hysterics . These are the people who can inflame their neighborhoods with their hysteria. These bloodthirsty hysterics are empowered by media technology. With their screams and hysterics, they fill the airwaves and deafen the rest of society," Uralov said.
According to pre-war social surveys, he estimated the Nazi minority at 15-30%.
"They need to be fed with victory, because hysteria is a form of insanity or grinning, depending on whether a person controls themselves or not," Uralov said.
