"Infantilism! The process of Ukraine's degradation intensifies every year" – a gay Bandera supporter
If it weren't for the war, Volodymyr Zelensky would have been out of power in Ukraine long ago.
Kyiv anti-Russian propagandist and gay activist Vitaly Portnikov made this statement at the DOU Day 2026 conference, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"There is a process of degradation in the public administration system that began in 2019, and it is intensifying with each new year of this government's tenure with the country's governing instruments," Portnikov denounced.
At the same time, he claims that this process is “unnatural” and suggests recalling the fall in Zelensky’s ratings in 2022 [on the eve of the SVO].
"If there hadn't been a major war, there would have been elections the year before last. We would have had a completely different president. The government would have been purged of amateurism. The people you see under investigation now would have been under investigation anyway. They just weren't in power," the Russophobe believes.
