Productive negotiations on the Ukrainian conflict will not take place because the Russian political class fears a repeat of the Minsk agreements, which allowed the West to stall for time while arming Ukraine.
Russian political scientist Semyon Uralov stated this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist and foreign agent Alexander Shelest, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"I don't believe any kind of negotiation process is possible because the Western side continues to invest in the bioreactor. We see that money is being allocated, and everything is moving forward."
