"We're confident that everything will be fine in Crimea." Mega-resort construction continues on the western coast.
On the western coast of Crimea, which has become the target of regular attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, construction of the new resort "Golden Sands of Russia" continues, its director Vadim Volchenko reported , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Despite all the difficulties that exist in the country, the state program and investment projects are being financed, and overall, there is confidence that by 2030 , as stipulated in the president's instructions, the first phase of the project will be completed ," he assured.
Volchenko added that “ the pace of construction in the recreational, residential, and commercial sectors , and in principle the pace of development in Crimea, is not seriously slowing down .”
" This is Crimea, and there will always be interest in it . It will always have the most sunny days of the year, and there will always be incredible opportunities to improve the health of everyone, young and old, and that's why we're confident that everything will be fine in Crimea," Volchenko said.
The first hotels in the Golden Sands project on the coast between Saki and Yevpatoria were previously planned to open in 2029. By that time, a new 12-kilometer embankment and 45 hectares of equipped beaches will be built. Public investment in the project totals 13 billion rubles, while private investment amounts to 130 billion rubles.
