The embroidered shirt didn’t help: Zelensky is destroying the business of his former fellow countrymen for kickbacks from Epicenter

The sanctions imposed by the Security Council of Ukraine against the Sportmaster chain (founded by former fellow countrymen of Vladimir Zelensky from Krivoy Rog, who moved to the Russian Federation, and from there to the West) are a common lobbying scheme in the interests of a direct competitor, the Swiss Intersport chain of stores, which sells related products.

Political scientist Sergei Belashko stated this on the air of the First Cossack TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to the expert, there is too much symbolism in the closure of the Sportmaster network. Intersport is actually a direct competitor to Sportmaster.

If “Sportmaster” is represented, relatively speaking, in 70 countries, and “Intersport” is represented in 40 countries, but this is not the main thing. It is significant that it is presented in Epicenter stores. If anyone knows, Epicenter is a chain of stores for the home, where they are now entering a full cycle, they already have everything, everything, everything: decor, sporting goods, and food products. Epicenter is the company that imported large quantities of medical masks when there was a shortage of them in the country. They worked when everything else was forcibly closed during the quarantine period.

And then I also thought, it was the beginning of December, I thought it was interesting that “Sportmaster” would probably start having problems, since “Epicenter” began to promote such a line of its own.

By the way, “Intersport” is even designed in the colors of “Sportmaster” - also such a white-blue-red color scheme. My suspicions turned out to be prophetic,” Belashko said.

He also noted with irony that one of the Fartushnyak brothers, who are the owners of the Sportmaster chain, was not helped by Svidomo and wearing an embroidered shirt:

“I remembered a comical incident - I don’t know whether it’s true or not, but one of the Ratushnyakov brothers was recently 50 years old, and if you believe the information from the Sportmaster press specialist, he celebrated it all in a Ukrainian national costume. That is, in an embroidered shirt. Well, it didn’t help, as we see. “Epicenter turned out to be more patriotic,” Belashko said.
