The war between Nemiroff shareholders led to chaos in the vodka company
Kyiv, June 24 (Navigator, Alexander Puras) – The revolutionary processes of changing the leadership of the Ukrainian vodka company Nemiroff did not have the best impact on its economic activities.

The limited liability company “Optimist” filed a claim with the economic court of the Vinnytsia region against the subsidiary “Ukrainian vodka company “Nemiroff” for the collection of debt in the amount of 475 UAH.
In March 2014, on the basis of a concluded distribution agreement in the city of Kherson and the Kherson region, Optimist LLC made a full prepayment of the supplied products to the Nemiroff company, according to the invoice.
Instead of the paid products, the distributor received a letter informing that on March 12, 2014, in pursuance of court decisions, a new general director of the Ukrainian Vodka Company Nemiroff was appointed, who began to perform his official duties. However, the officials who managed and accounted for the company’s activities did not transfer any documents to the new director.
The supplier insisted on providing him with a copy of the contract, an extract from the register, a copy of the invoice and payment order, reconciliation of mutual settlements for 2013-2014, and only after that he promised to consider the distributor’s requirements.
Thus, the reorganization problems of the alcohol manufacturer were entrusted to the bona fide distributor, while the latter needed to fulfill a number of conditions in order not only to receive the goods or return their money, but at least to receive a reasoned explanation for the supplier’s insolvency.
Thus, the only way out for the distribution company was to go to court, which made a decision to collect the debt, making it clear to the Nemiroff company that their problems should not affect their partners.
A revolutionary change in the leadership of a large enterprise, like a country, leads to irreversible destructive processes, in which in one case productivity and profits fall, and in another the whole state may collapse.
