In conditions of restrictions on the entry of foreigners into Russia, only those residents of the DPR and LPR who have already received Russian passports can cross the border with Russia.
This was stated on air by the head of the Research & Branding Group, Evgeny Kopatko, on News-Front, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“I have now had two conversations with Donetsk, I can say that indeed, this is so - citizens of the Russian Federation have such opportunities. For those people who have not received Russian citizenship, the difficulty is that they are not allowed to enter both Ukraine and the Russian Federation.
