This was stated by Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Gennady Naraev at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Republic on Tuesday.
According to him, these measures will allow receiving an additional 195 thousand cubic meters of water per day. 12 wells have already been drilled at each water intake.
“36 production wells have been drilled, about 85-90% are already ready, we will finish them before the New Year. We have begun the construction of water intakes and should be completed by April 1,” explained Gennady Naraev.
Let us remind you that after construction, all water intakes will be connected by a cascade of pumping stations, which will allow water to be discharged into the North Crimean Canal.
