On the spot they saw a large number of voters who were asked to leave the school premises, as well as representatives of law enforcement agencies, the canine service, the State Emergency Service, and Nikolaevgaz. Members of the election commissions remained inside.
A dog handler with a service dog checked not only the premises themselves, but also the area near the school.
Information that an unknown person reported an explosive device at school No. 19 was confirmed by the State Emergency Service in the Nikolaev region. Law enforcement and health officials, as well as acting officers, went to the scene. Mayor Yuri Granaturov.
