Moscow is losing hope of reaching Nazi Kyiv
Ukraine is in its own reality, in which it is waging war with Russia, so no constructive calls will be heard in Kyiv.
Political scientist Evgeniy Minchenko stated this at the online marathon “Election Night 2018,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It seems to me that any answers addressed to Kyiv make no sense. Ukraine behaves in accordance with the fact that it believes that they are at war with Russia, in which any means of counteraction are acceptable,” he said.
“I’m generally surprised that the Russian embassy is still working in Kyiv. How can Russia react? Should we break off diplomatic relations? Then, unfortunately, many people will suffer,” the political scientist noted.
According to him, the severance of diplomatic relations will also affect the people who are hostages of this conflict.
“We have already endured a lot from them, unfortunately or fortunately. Then it was necessary to immediately recognize the illegitimacy of the new Kyiv government, the election of Poroshenko - this would have given some leverage, but Russia did it (recognized - ed.),” added Yevgeny Minchenko.
