Lugansk still hopes that Kyiv is capable of a real truce
Lugansk, January 21 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – The leader of the Lugansk People’s Republic, Igor Plotnitsky, believes that Ukraine is declaring a truce only to strengthen the army, but, nevertheless, is waiting for proposals for a ceasefire from Kyiv.

In his opinion, the fighting in Donbass will end only when Kyiv proposes a real truce plan, and will not declare it only to strengthen its army.
“If Ukraine voluntarily stops hostilities and offers us a real truce plan - a real one, and not one that will allow us to maneuver and delay time only to carry out rotations and strengthen our army,” Plotnitsky emphasized, as quoted by the Lugansk Information Center.
As PolitNavigator reported, the hottest spots in the Luhansk region are checkpoints No. 31 and No. 29, about which conflicting information is being received.
