In Kyiv, the People's Friendship Arch was cleaned of gay rainbows
The Arch of Peoples' Friendship in the center of Kyiv was washed clean of the rainbow that the authorities of the Ukrainian capital tried to paint the monument with on the eve of the Eurovision Song Contest, which caused protests from nationalists who demanded that the propaganda of LGBT symbols be removed.

“Kyiv is Europe. And a 10-strong parade should take place. Gay patriots should march along Khreshchatyk shouting “Glory to Ukraine,” says Volgin.
