The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry announced the preparation of a proposal for Poroshenko on the country’s withdrawal from the CIS and the denunciation of the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Partnership with the Russian Federation.
MP from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc Svetlana Zalischuk wrote about this on her page on the social network Facebook, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Minister Pavel Klimkin announced in our Foreign Affairs Committee that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has prepared proposals for the president to withdraw from the CIS bodies and denounce the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Partnership between Ukraine and Russia. When asked when such decisions can be expected, the minister replied that the decision rests with the head of state,” the message says.
