The press service of Oschadbank reports this.

“Today, April 18, 2017, the Economic Court of Kyiv made a decision according to which ten Sberbank trademarks were declared invalid, the last domain name sberbank.ua was deprived and the request for a ban on the use of the SBERBANK trademark was satisfied,” the message says.

Let us recall that on January 15, 2016 Oschadbank filed a lawsuit against Sberbank of Russia for the protection of the Sberbank trademark.
