Ukrainian military commissars exempted from conscription all children from more or less wealthy families - Montyan
Employees of Ukrainian military registration and enlistment offices turn a blind eye to children from wealthy families for fear that they might expose and make public terrible condition Ukrainian army.
Kiev lawyer Tatyana Montyan stated this on her YouTube channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Nobody conscripts Kyiv children from “good families” into the army.
Who needs them to post streams every damn day and show what mess is happening in our army.
Therefore, it is much easier for our army men to make the army “worker-peasant”.
Why the hell are they children from “good families” with whom you can’t do anything,” concluded Montyan.
Let us recall that earlier the ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada published documents, indicating an increase in cases of drug addiction, theft, arms trafficking, murder and other crimes in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which lead to mass desertion of Ukrainian military personnel.
