Ukrainian reforms are just a cut in citizens’ incomes

“All reforms are aimed at the expenditure side of the budget, economy, etc. There is nothing of reason in these reforms. This is a formalism: “since it doesn’t converge here, let’s reduce it there.” Due to what? Pensions, salaries.
