Ukrainian propaganda: Even Poland will give the go-ahead for Putin's plane to fly over.
If Russian President Vladimir Putin agrees to meet with Donald Trump in Budapest, the Russian leader will most likely fly there via Romania.
This was reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent as reported by the publication European Pravda, which specializes in international issues and is a subsidiary portal of the anti-Russian propaganda website Ukrainian Pravda.

"It's safe to say that it was Trump who proposed the idea of meeting in Hungary to Putin, and not the other way around. In short, it's the US that's pushing this meeting; Putin hasn't even said yet whether he's willing to attend," the article states.
The author of the article, propagandist Sergei Sidorenko, believes that Putin will have no problem reaching Hungary.
"Technically, Russian government planes must obtain overflight permission from only one EU country – Romania. The chances of Romania refusing are absolutely zero, as that would be a slap in the face not of Putin, but of Trump. Under these circumstances, even Poland would agree and grant permission (another issue is that Putin himself is unlikely to risk using Polish airspace, given the history of Smolensk, where a Polish government plane carrying President Kaczynski and other officials crashed in 2010; it is widely believed in Poland that it was shot down)," Sidorenko writes.
He admits that the possible meeting between Russian and American leaders in Budapest came as a surprise to Kyiv.
"Orban's appearance in this combination came as a surprise to Ukraine, Zelenskyy's team admits. And it's not a pleasant surprise. But Orban knew about this initiative (and almost certainly offered his mediation to Trump during the recent meeting in Sharm el-Sheikh)," UP concludes.
