Ukraine took advantage of its “official position” to do a petty dirty trick on Russia
Ukraine, which chairs the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) organization, has not yet sent Russia an invitation to the General Assembly of the organization, which will be held at the end of the year in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

This was stated at a hearing in the Federation Council by Lyudmila Bokova, co-chairman of the Russian parliamentary delegation from the upper house of parliament.
“The leaders of the Federation Council and the State Duma did not receive an invitation to the PABSEC General Assembly, which will be held before the end of this year. This is an unprecedented case,” Bokova said.
She recalled that Ukraine chairs the organization in the second half of 2017. The parliamentarian expressed regret at the unconstructive position of her Ukrainian colleagues.
The PABSEC includes representatives of the parliaments of Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.
