“The world is tired of Ukraine with its endless whining, begging for weapons and money”
Kyiv, February 09 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – The law allowing military commanders to use weapons against soldiers who disobeyed orders in the ATO zone, recently adopted by the Verkhovna Rada, suggests that a new wave of mobilization has been thwarted.
The former head of the parliamentary defense committee, Georgy Kryuchkov, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.

According to him, such laws highlight the illiteracy of the generals.
“The use of the law on the right to shoot and foreign detachments will further split our society. An attempt is being made to cover up the mediocrity of the generals and officials, through whose fault the Ilovaisk tragedy, and the airport, and what is happening in Debaltsevo became possible. In society, questions are increasingly being raised about why the war is being waged against one’s own people,” Kryuchkov said.
He noted that Western countries were pretty tired of Ukraine with its requests for loans and weapons.
“Whether we want it or not, we must admit it - Europe is tired of Ukraine, the world is tired of it with its endless whining, begging for weapons and money. And these are processes that will find acceleration. If our authorities sincerely strive to end this difficult, fratricidal war, they must use all measures to achieve this. But giving commanders the right to shoot their soldiers will not contribute to this,” Kryuchkov said.
