Zelensky is unhappy with France for the visit of European deputies to Crimea
Ukraine should demand a reaction from the French authorities to the visit of the politicians of this country to Crimea, and also impose sanctions against them.
This was stated on the ATR television channel by Verkhovna Rada deputy, member of the presidential Servant of the People faction and the delegation to PACE, Marina Bardina, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“What is positive for Ukraine is that this is not an official delegation of the European Parliament. The fact that the European Parliament gave its public position on the general non-recognition of the results of this vote, which is taking place on the territory of the Ukrainian Crimea, and that those French deputies who were traveling about this, it seems to me, is more logical and correct to communicate with representatives of the French authorities, with the ambassador...
Since the European Parliament said: “No, this is not our initiative,” it is more correct to go to the French and talk to them... We must communicate with our French colleagues who support Ukraine in our aspirations to return our territories and condemn such an aggressive policy of the Russian Federation, and again “So, use the possibilities of sanctions against such people,” Bardina said.
