TV presenter Vitaly Gaidukevich stated this on Channel 5, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports. According to him, Kyiv needs to make plans on how to develop the agricultural sector there.

“We need to think about restoring these territories, repurposing these territories, because that’s it, industry is dead. It’s probably easier to think about how to dismantle it, reclaim the land and think about what the face of these post-war steppe territories will be like without the industrial heritage of the Soviet Union,” said Gaidukevich.
