According to the commander, cases of drug addiction among the militia are not uncommon.

“What they tell me is that there are a lot of captured guns, tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, but at the same time the level of discipline, compared to what it was in the Slavic brigade, is below par. That is, everyone drinks, there is a huge development of drug addiction. This is true,” Strelkov said.
