The militiaman captured by the Nazis in Kyiv was legally free
The Nazis, who today in Kyiv captured the Brazilian volunteer Rafael Lusvargi, who once fought on the side of the DPR and LPR, had to wait for about 40 minutes under the walls of the SBU, demanding from the representatives of the special service an explanation of how the former militiaman could be free.
“SBU is a crap!” - the militants shouted, insisting that Lusvargi is “a schizophrenic and can do anything in Kyiv, since he calls himself both Orthodox and communist.”
After some time, an SBU general arrived at the gathering and said that Lusvarga’s case was still being considered by the court, and the court was choosing a preventive measure for the former militiaman.
The SBU officers took Lusvargi to the secret service office building and promised to “carry out investigative actions.”
The militiaman captured by the Nazis in Kiev was legally at large.
