Indignant Simferopol and Sevastopol residents reported this to the Crimean Telegraph weekly.
According to them, at the entrance to ST, by decision of the board, a checkpoint was installed, at which those trying to get to the sea are attacked with a shovel. The decision was motivated by the fact that the owners of the plots do not like the fact that strangers drive on their roads. The fact that it’s a five-kilometer walk through their cooperative to the beach doesn’t bother self-confident gardeners. True, they still allow pedestrians through.
In addition, as a resident of Sevastopol said, summer residents advised her to buy a pass without telling her the cost.
“According to the law of the Russian Federation, a gardening partnership has the right to engage in commercial activities. We sell everything. But there is no decision yet,” said ST Chairman of the Board Vladimir Klementyev, announcing the imminent holding of a meeting of the governing body.
