The head of the Odessa region and former President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili refused to apply for the post of Prime Minister of Ukraine. He stated this on TV channel 112.

This is how the governor answered a question from journalists whether he would agree to head the Cabinet if he was offered.

“No, I don’t agree, because there are a lot of positive and good personnel in Ukraine. I think it’s not a matter of personalities – it’s the whole work that needs to be fundamentally changed, not the personalities,” Saakashvili said.
